Anxiety Counseling private counselling

 Anxiety counselling services are designed to help you overcome fear, stress, and anxiety. As a licenced therapist, providing private counselling I will offer you with  a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behaviour, and develop strategies to manage your anxiety.

I offer private counselling session in Lutterworth on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday , Friday

and counselling in Rugby on Thursday and Saturday.

Unfortunately, the counselling premises are not suitable for wheelchair users, Rugby premises are  located on 1st floor with no access to elevator.

 I have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel beforehand, we can try to find another option to reschedule if possible. If you cancel after the 48 period, I would have to charge the full fee except in extreme circumstances.
